I've eaten here a couple dozen times and the food has never been bad. Not even one time was my steak not cooked how I like it (med rare). The sides and bread are always delicious and the price isn't outrageous for what you get. However service can be a bit iffy. I've never had a great experience it is always in the broad range of average. One time our table didn't have silverware and even after asking her numerous times she never brought it. Eventually we had to get up and get it from the host. Overall it's a great experience and i would highly recommend it.
I'm visiting from out of town and went for lunch with my father. Our server, Dee, was amazing! Our drinks were never empty. The food was perfect and the restaurant was clean. This is no longer the norm with most restaurants. Kudos to this location, their servers, and cooks.
Went with family to the Mentor location for a birthday celebration recently. The place was pretty busy for a Monday evening! (good sign). The service was excellent (Thank you, Tyler!) and everything we ordered came out quickly and hot! Awesome steak and shrimp dishes as you'd expect; and reasonable prices which are difficult to find post pandemic! Will definitely be returning soon! The atmosphere and ambiance is always great there!
Our party of 6 for lunch experienced great meals and service when we dined here. First off our server was extremely attentive and made sure we had all the refills we needed and any extra sauces. She also checked on us frequently. The group of 6 had a variety of meal's including streaks, ribs, soups, salads, their onion tangles and their bread to share. Everything tasted fine, and I especially loved my chicken tender salad. Longhorn honey mustard and ranch dressing is delicious! It's nice and casual inside and I like that they have a few round tables for groups, it makes it easy to chat with one another.
